Reject a Schedule

When you reject a schedule, LiveIQ notifies the person who requested approval and removes it from the Pending Schedule Approvals table. LiveIQ enters the schedule in the table after the scheduler makes changes and resubmits it for approval.

  1. Access the Schedule Approval screen.

    You can display the Schedule Approval screen in any of three ways.

  2. Select the appropriate schedule in the Pending Schedule Approvals table.

  3. Click .

  4. Enter your reasons for rejecting the schedule and any other comments in the Comments text box.

  5. Click OK to close the Comments text box.

  6. Click OK to confirm your rejection of the schedule.

    Once you confirm your rejection, LiveIQ updates the Schedule Status to Rejected and sends an email to the person who requested the approval. The email includes your comments and a link to the rejected schedule.

    LiveIQ also removes the rejected schedule from the Pending Schedule Approvals table.
